5.0 Star Review on Zillow — My husband had accepted a job in Roswell, GA in mid September with a start date in mid October. This meant packing, tying up loose ends, selling our home in Austin, TX and relocating a family of 4 plus pets in a matter of weeks. Our realtor in Austin reached out to Martina, explained our situation and the urgency to find a rental home. Martina went above and beyond in this situation to assist. With in hours of speaking with our TX realtor she had found 15 homes that met our criteria for consideration. After reviewing the homes we selected 6 we really liked. During rush hour she drove to these homes and used Skype to do walk throughs of the properties so we could see them 900 miles away. After the walk throughs and with her assistance we decided on a home. Martina contacted the management company then we submitted a rental application that was accepted the next day! This literally all happen over the course of 3.5 days. She has since followed up to see how we are doing and address any concerns we may have. She truly is a fantastic realtor who has a great work ethic, attention to details and understood the urgency of our situation and made it as stress free as possible!
