Prices and Pending Sales Up in March

Home Prices continued to gain traction through the month of March. Median Sales Price increased 8.3% to $195,000. Days on the market was down -13.2% to 66 days over the 76 days on the market and -8.4% reported in 2016. @ourgeorgiahome #GeorgiaRealtor #MariettaRealEstate #AtlantaRealEstate
